Reptiles

We currently provide preventative care visits including new pet exams, fecal screenings, and husbandry overviews. Sick pet services include, but are not limited to skin disease, respiratory disease, certain oral conditions and certain GI disease. We can do certain procedures like laceration repair, biopsies, bloodwork (situationally), and tail amputations. At this time, we do not offer anesthetic surgeries like explores, dentistry, or internal tumor removal. Critical cases should be seen at the ER. Any tests or treatments requiring specialist equipment will likely be referred to a specialist.

Please transport patients in an appropriately sealed carriers, and – if possible -bring a portable dry heat source (like a hot pack or hot water bottle wrapped in a towel) to your appointment.

We will not see venomous snakes.

Small Mammals

Small mammals can be seen on a case-by-case basis; please call and inquire. For small mammals, we are able to treat non-urgent cases as well as provide wellness visits. We are not able to perform surgeries, but we can perform certain procedures such as sedated clips and laser therapy. Critical cases should be seen at the ER. Any tests or treatments requiring specialist equipment will likely be referred to a specialist.

We do not see birds.
