Born and raised in Malaysia, Dr. Jin Wong attended Oberlin College in Ohio before completing his veterinary medicine degree at Colorado State University. Following that, Dr. Wong completed a small animal rotating internship in San Francisco. He has since practiced General Practice and Emergency Medicine with a particular interest in soft tissue surgery, translational research between humans and animals, and chronic medical illnesses.

Dr. Wong and his family (wife, baby toddler and "old" baby dog) recently moved here from Baltimore, after getting their fill of crab and Old Bay seasoning. As a Malaysian Chinese, Dr. Wong is fluent in English and Chinese (slightly rusty), as well as Malay (quite a bit rusty), and can also speak a touch of Spanish when needed. Dr. Wong also loves soccer (go Manchester United) and has previously lived in India for two years!
